Meet the horses of Valor!

Big Mama is a 20 year old Quarter Horse who’s done it all. She is the best herd patriarch and keeps everyone in check. Her nurturing side really comes out when she has little ones on her back. She’s still a mare and can be stubborn, but she has a heart bigger than Montana.
Taj is a 21 year old Arabian gelding. Don’t let his age fool you, he still has a lot of go.
Taj is a very special horse and is the true definition of bomb proof. He’s been rode in parades, rodeos, and all through the Bob Marshall Wilderness. He is our go-to horse for beginners.

Cotton is a six-year-old Percheron quarter horse Cross. We use him to pull the hay wagon, and to ride in the woods. He weighs about 1500 pounds and wears a number three shoe and can do anything. Again, he is the definition of a bombproof force. He just recently completed a 10 day 166 mile Bob Marshall Wilderness trip.

Tahoe is a five year-old Percheron quarter horse cross. We've only owned him for six months, but in absolute love with him. He can drive, do all things with someone in the saddle. He is extremely calm and will cross bridges, rivers, and will even sit on command. Just look at that hair!

Hugo is a registered QH and his real name is Einstein Flashy Socks. He loves apples that he gets each day after riding time.
He is a super versatile horse. We use him for cowboy action shooting, trail rides and he even packs into the Bob if we need an extra pack horse. He is a safe horse for beginners, but loves going fast if you don’t watch it !
He was attacked by a dog when he was a baby and has a small notch in his ear. I’ve been working hard for him to build relationships with dogs now and touching his ears.
